This fee helps us reserve your spot and prepare your room, ensuring that no one else can take it while we hold it for you.

• Once a spot is reserved, it is held exclusively for you. This means if your plans change, refunds are not available.

• Your payment helps us keep the home ready and available, and guarantees that the space is yours when you move in.
